Wagering Requirements Explained
Wagering (also called rollover or turnover) is the total bet amount you must place before a bonus converts to real money. The formula for wg8 bonuses is:

Tiers are reviewed on the first day of each calendar month. If your turnover in the previous month meets the next tier's threshold, you move up immediately. If it drops below your current tier's requirement, you drop down after a 30-day grace period.

Can I withdraw my bonus before completing wagering?
No. If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering is incomplete, the bonus balance is forfeited. Your real-money balance (original deposit) can still be withdrawn, but you will lose the bonus portion.
Do cricket bets count toward VIP monthly turnover?
Yes — sports and cricket bets count toward your monthly turnover for VIP tier calculations. However, sports bets do not count toward bonus wagering requirements, which apply only to slots, fishing, crash, and lottery games.
How long does it take to receive cashback?
Daily cashback is calculated at midnight (UTC+06) and credited to your real-money wallet within one to two hours of midnight. You can use it immediately with no additional wagering requirement.
Can I claim the welcome bonus more than once?
The 200% welcome bonus is a one-time offer for your first deposit only. Subsequent deposits qualify for the 10% reload bonus. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus repeatedly is a violation and will result in account suspension.

Will I drop down a tier if I have a slow month?
Yes, but there is a 30-day grace period. If your turnover falls below your current tier's threshold for one month, you will be downgraded at the following month-end review unless you recover your turnover within that window.
