1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing a bet on wg8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and wg8. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These wg8 Terms & Conditions apply to all products on the site, including casino games, cricket betting, crash games, fishing games, and any promotional offers. They supplement our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which you should also read.

2. Eligibility & Account Rules

You may only open and use a wg8 account if you meet all of the following:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are accessing the site voluntarily, in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
  • You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or another person.
  • You have not previously had a wg8 account closed or suspended for rule violations.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, phone number, device, or payment method — will be closed. Any balances or bonuses on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide a valid mobile number and accurate personal details at registration. wg8 may ask you to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Accepted documents include a National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3. Deposits & Payments

wg8 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No international cards or bank transfers are currently supported.

Deposits are credited to your wg8 account within approximately 2 minutes of a confirmed mobile banking transfer. If a deposit does not appear after 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

wg8 does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through fraudulent means. Any deposit flagged as suspicious may be held pending investigation.

4. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The maximum you can withdraw in a single day is ৳25,000 (standard tier). Approved withdrawals are processed within approximately 5 minutes under normal conditions.

First Withdrawal KYC

Before your first withdrawal is approved, you must complete identity verification (KYC). Submit one of the following to our support team via live chat or email: National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence. KYC review takes up to 24 hours. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional document checks unless your account activity triggers a review.

Withdrawals can only be sent to the same mobile banking number used for your most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

wg8 offers a welcome bonus of 200% on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives you ৳2,000 in bonus funds, for a total of ৳3,000 to play with.

All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions:

  • Wagering requirement: 15× the bonus amount before any withdrawal.
  • Validity: Bonus funds expire after 7 days if the wagering requirement is not met.
  • Eligible games: All wg8 casino games count towards wagering, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
  • One welcome bonus per player: Only your very first deposit qualifies for the 200% welcome offer.
  • No cash-out of bonus balance: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement are withdrawable.

Reload bonuses, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions each carry their own terms, which are published at the time of the offer. The reload bonus is 10% on qualifying deposits. The referral bonus is ৳200 per referred friend who completes registration and a first deposit.

wg8 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus offers — including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting patterns — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and possible account closure.

6. Fair Gameplay

All games on wg8 are provided by licensed third-party suppliers including JDB, CQ9, Red Tiger, Spribe, Ezugi, and Sexy Gaming. Each game operates on a certified random number generator (RNG). Advertised RTP figures reflect the theoretical return over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual results.

wg8 does not manipulate game outcomes. If you believe a game malfunctioned, you must stop playing and contact support immediately. Bets placed during a confirmed technical fault may be voided and stakes returned.

7. Prohibited Actions

The following are strictly prohibited on wg8:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with games.
  • Exploiting software errors or game glitches for profit.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
  • Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other people.
  • Providing false identity documents during KYC verification.
  • Attempting to reverse completed deposits through your mobile bank after funds have been credited.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and a report to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Privacy & Data

9. Account Suspension & Closure

wg8 may suspend or close your account if:

  • We identify a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • KYC documents provided are found to be invalid or fraudulent.
  • We detect unusual betting patterns consistent with bonus abuse or collusion.
  • You request self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming page.

If your account is closed for a terms violation, any pending withdrawal requests may be held while the investigation is ongoing. Legitimate withdrawable balances (funds that have met all wagering requirements and were not obtained through prohibited means) will be returned after the review is complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

wg8 is not liable for losses arising from internet outages, device failures, or interruptions outside our direct control. Gambling involves risk. It is your responsibility to understand the games you play and the bets you place. wg8 does not guarantee any winnings.

11. Changes to These Terms

wg8 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of your wg8 account after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, you should close your account and request any eligible withdrawable balance.
